Private Classes
Whether cooking is your passion or you just want to get a handle on the basics, private cooking classes can offer you the one-on-one time you need to learn.
Our resident instructors; Mataio Gillis, chef de cuisine, Shawn Warner, sous chef, and Megan Carroll, pastry chef, can work with you to design a curriculum that fits your agenda with recipes tailored to your interests or special dietary restrictions.
