Holiday Conserves

Just in time for Thanksgiving, master jam maker and cookbook author Rachel Saunders will demonstrate and teach you how to create your own special conserves — jams incorporating candied fruits, spices, and liquor — using single-fruit jams as a starting point. Focusing on fall fruits and holiday flavors, she will examine how to transform a simple jam recipe by incorporating outside ingredients, while carefully maintaining a perfect balance of flavor and texture. She will cook two conserves and you will receive a jar of each to take home!
