Back to School Menu Planning

As we all settle back into our fall routines, packing lunches and meal planning can be overwhelming with our busy schedules. In this demonstration-style class, our friend and fellow food lover, Lisa Samuel will teach you how to think ahead using nutritious recipes and batch cooking to plan for your weekly meals. As a busy mom and registered dietitian nutritionist, Lisa knows how important it is to use the time you have available to prepare healthy lunches and dinners for you and your family. Come taste some new flavors and put some new recipes in your back pocket for the busy months ahead.

*FYI—This is a demonstration style class in which you will watch your instructor prepare a series of dishes. The class includes a light/medium dinner’s worth of food.  You may want to have a snack before class, as sometimes it takes a bit for food to come out during the class. You will receive the class recipes to take home. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours, depending on the content and instructor. We look forward to hosting you for class!

**You may choose from our wine and beer list once you arrive. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own wine; a $20 corkage fee will apply to each bottle.

***Pre-Paid Gratuity and Service Charge - To make our classes & dinners great, it takes a whole team of folks at Ciao Thyme, from dishwashers and cooks to maitre d’s and service staff.  Our in-house policy shares your pre-paid gratuities with all persons involved in your experience, based on their role and hours worked.
