Grain-free Baking

Back for a second round, Kamille Scellick of Redeeming the Table is teaching how to transform baking without grains. She’ll talk about how coconut and nut flours can be used in place of grain flours, and teach you how to make Paleo Sourdough Bread; Savory Caramelized Onion, Prosciutto, Herb, and Chèvre Crust Galette; and a Lime-Strawberry-Rhubarb Tart.
