Ciao Thyme Chef de Cuisine, Kraig Halterman, will share his interpretation of autumn produce and flavors for this Fall Feast! 

On the menu this year:

Brussel Sprouts Fritter with Kalettes and Pine Nut Aioli

Corn Battered Cardoons with Black Garlic Sauce

Savory Carrot Cake with Grilled Octopus, Smoked Mayo, Whole Grain Mustard

Halibut with Blackened Pumpkin, Grilled Mushrooms, Popcorn foam

Braised Pork Cheek with Celeriac Pasta, Almond Sauce

Caramelized Pear with Paw Paw Fruit

Ginger Butter Beer Bon Bons

Wine and beer are available for purchase by the glass or bottle. 

* You are welcome to bring in a special bottle of wine, we charge a $24 per bottle corkage fee.

** Additional Tip & Service Charge are politely declined.
