Kraig just spent 3 weeks in NYC--he started out with a stage--working at our friend Dan Kluger's new restaurant. Then, he ate his way thorugh New York for the next two weeks. You won't want to miss this dinner where he recreates some highlights from his trip for you. Come celebrate spring produce with Kraig and the Ciao Thyme team.

“Fries” - Potato, Asparagus, Spring Herbs, Parmigiana Aioli
Razor Clams - Fennel, Pickled Chilies
Sage and Sky Chicken - Leeks, Crispy Bits, Carrot Barbeque Sauce
Salish Island Halibut - Braised Mushrooms, Chilies, Lemon, Herbs
Rhubarb and Cherry Blossom Ice Box Cake - Honey Icebox Cake, Rhubarb Compote, Cherry Blossom Ice Cream
*You may choose from our wine and beer list once you arrive. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own wine; a $20 corkage fee will apply to each bottle.
