Lebanese Cooking with Nahla

We always love having Nahla Golam, of Mediterranean Specialities, at Ciao Thyme--she brings wonderful stories, delicious food and great recipes for her classes. Join Nahla for this demonstration class that features:  Sfeeha  (lamb meat pies);  Labneh Belthoom (yogurt dip with garlic and fresh mint); Hindbeh (sautéed greens); Fattet Djaj Shamieh (Damascus-style chicken casserole); and Bassmaa (date dessert). 

Wine and beer are available for purchase by the glass or bottle. 

* You are welcome to bring in a special bottle of wine, we charge a $24 per bottle corkage fee.

****FYI—This is a demonstration style class in which you will watch your instructor prepare a series of dishes. The class includes a light/medium dinner’s worth of food.  You may want to have a snack before class, as sometimes it takes a bit for food to come out during the class. You will receive the class recipes to take home. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours, depending on the content and instructor. We look forward to hosting you for class!
