Let’s Stay In with Ashley Rodriguez

Ciao Thyme and Village Books welcome local cookbook author and blogger Ashley Rodriguez of Not Without Salt, as she shares recipes from her new book, Let's Stay In. In this class/dinner hybrid event, Ashley will tell the stories that inspired the recipes that have become mainstays at her family table: Focaccia with Roasted Grape and Taleggio, Roasted Delicata Squash Salad, Umbricelli with Cremini and Sausage, and Easiest Pear Tart. The class price includes a copy of the cookbook, cooking demonstration and light-medium dinner. We hope you will join us in welcoming Ashley back to Bellingham. 

Additional cookbooks will be available to purchase for gifts. 

Wine and beer are available for purchase by the glass or bottle. 

* You are welcome to bring in a special bottle of wine, we charge a $24 per bottle corkage fee.

** Additional Tip & Service Charge are politely declined.
