We can't believe it's been 6 years since we started the Parmigiano breaking tradition! Here we go again--year seven we will take the event upstairs to the Ciao Thyme Commons. You can gather around the island table to watch the breaking of the wheels. You will taste the freshly cracked cheese and then you will enjoy a light meal of these simple recipes which include parmigiano: Foccacette with Parmigiano and Truffle Salt; Sliced Zucchini, Arugula, and Pinenut Salad with Parmigiano Dressing; Eggplant Parmigiana; and Parmigiano Gelato with Balsamic Drizzle. Each participant will leave with a small pieces of cheese and the opportunity to buy more after class at great prices! Join us for this fun, annual event.
*You may choose from our wine and beer list once you arrive. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own wine; a $20 corkage fee will apply to each bottle.
