Return from Japan with Kraig
Chef Kraig spent 3 weeks this spring traveling and eating his way through Japan. He is looking forward to sharing his travel stories and flavor memories with you in this multi-course Japanese dinner. This menu will feature fresh seafood (some raw preparations), Jack Mountain beef, dashi, miso and soy sauces procured on the trip, and local produce in a 10-course tasting menu. Seating will be limited to 36 guests.
