We are thrilled to welcome our friend, Onjira from Cascadia Mushrooms. A native of Bangkok,Thailand, Onjira (Angie) learned to cook from her mother. She brought her passion for Thai cuisine to the United States and has worked in restaurants, owned her own catering company in California, and now lives here in Bellingham. She will join Mataio in the kitchen for this demonstration class. Come experience the flavors of Thailand!
